How do I select MY piece of La Paz and give you the location I want to buy??

Go to this website: http://www.mapmaker.co.uk You will see a map like below:

Select the “satellite” option and drag the map by holding down the mouse button across the globe to the Baja Peninsula as shown below.

Pick the southern tip of the Baja and double-click. Every time you do so it will center the map as well zooms in at your location. (Baja zoomed in below)

You can also zoom in to BCS by using the slider on the left side of the map - either click the “+” or just move the slider with your mouse. It will not zoom in all the way. Google Maps does not have La Paz in that much detail….. (Don’t they know how nice it is here????)

You zoom in at the location you wish to buy (make sure you double-click on it) and send us the coordinates, that gives us all the information we want and need. The numbers in the 2 lines as marked below.

That’s all you need to claim your virtual piece of La Paz real estate - wasn’t that easy??

 

I selected - what is next??

You choose the size you like to buy ( 10×10 pixle is the minimum to be visible) and mail that to us. You can use for that our contact form. We’ll send you a confirmation and ask for the text and image for the pop-up image (not required) and payment of your virtual chunk of La Paz. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in PayPal or bank account), we aim to get your pixels, pop-up image and text online within 24-48hrs.

Anything else I should know??

• When you ‘buy our pixels you will not ‘own’ any part of the Millionpixels4pesos website but rather you are granted the right to submit 2 images (logo and pop-up image) and link which will then be published on this website in the respective space you have paid for.
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on this La Paz pixels website!
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the La Paz virtual property website, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
• Logos must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10×10 pixels), pop-up images are limited to 200×200 pixel, pop-content is limited to 300 characters incl. spaces.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size, (no animated images).
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our website.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the La Paz Million pixel website.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we’ll try and keep these to a minimum.
• If you buy La Paz pixels with a Christmas greeting for xmas 2007 you can change pop-up content + pop-up image 1(one) time after the holiday season beginning on January 15th. 2008. Allow 24-48hrs. for the change after you send us a new image and content.
• You buy YOUR piece of virtual La Paz property from the date of funds cleared for 1 year (365 days). This website is online since 2005, the operating company in internet marketing and other promotional internet activities since 1999. This is no “flight-by-night” scam but a simple marketing option for enterprises - in this case concentrated on La Paz, Baja California Sur or for the private person to have a little space on the world wide web for a reasonable price. You can refer to it by link and people will find you!

What if I’m in Baja California Sur and like to participate on that great marketing idea??

If there are a sufficient number of other BCS enterprises that would like to participate we will create an alternative map of the southern Baja Peninsula. If not - buy yourself a piece of La Paz and refer to your business….. :-). Aint that simple??
